Cancellation policy:

If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of your payment will be refunded, unless the rooms are subsequently filled by other guests, in which case the full payment will be refunded.

If a booking is cancelled 10 days or less prior to arrival, your payment will not be refunded, unless the rooms are subsequently filled by other guests.
